Breakfast is served in the drawing room where a log fire burns on during early mornings, and the view from the window stretches from Hartland Point to Lundy Island over the little white town of Bideford. Breakfasts use home produced and locally sourced ingredients: fruit from the garden, home made yoghurt and prize-winning local meats. Special diets can be catered for. The Pines is a NON-SMOKING establishment. Ground floor rooms around the peaceful courtyard garden are available. The courtyard rooms offer completely independent access so you may come and go as you please throughout your holiday. All rooms are en-suite, some with feature bathrooms. All have teletext television, well-stocked hospitality tray with tea and coffee making facilities, telephones, hairdryers, and central heating. Family suites are available. We can help you to organise cycling on the Tarka Trail, cliff walking, surfing, canoeing and other water sports. There is a different beach for each day of your holiday within easy reach; Dartmoor and Exmoor to explore, gardens at RHS Rosemoor and Tapeley Park as well as the fishing villages of Clovelly and Appledore. The cottages are available for self-catering. Enjoy a relaxing drink after a days exploration in the Garden Room whose windows look to the south over the gardens and fields.
