| By Train:
From Bari Central Station:
Take the Ferrovie Sud Est line to Casamassima. Get off at Sammichele, go out from the station, turn left at the first cross into Via G. Verga; you will find the hotel after 50 metres.
From Taranto Central Station:
Take the line to Bari. Get off at Gioia del Colle and take a bus (Ferrovie Sud Est line) to Sammichele.
By Bus:
From Bari: Take the Ferrovie Sud Est line. Stop at ticket office in L.go Ciaia in Bari, near the Central Station. Once you arrive in Sammichele, get off at the first stop and pass the level-crossing. Turn left into Viale della Resistenza, and then turn left again into Via C. Alberto. Walk straight on into Via G. Verga, you will find the hotel after 50 metres.
From Taranto/Gioia del Colle: Once you have arrived in Sammichele, get off at the stop in Viale Della Rimembranza. Walk straight on towards the station, then turn right at the last crossing (into Via G. Verga); you will find the hotel after 50 metres.
By Car:
- Take the A14 Bari ?Taranto.
- Exit at Acquaviva delle Fonti.
- Turn left, following road signs to Sammichele di Bari.
- Go straight on for 7 km.
- Once you have arrived in Sammichele, at the first traffic lights, turn left and go straight on, into Via D. Bianco.
- Just before the level-crossing, turn right, into Via della Resistenza.
- Take the second street on the left, Via del Croix.
- Turn left at the end of the street, into Via Della Rimembranza.
- Turn right at the first crossing into Via G. Verga.
- You will find the hotel after 50 metres.
Or:
- Take the SS 16 towards Brindisi/Lecce or Foggia.
- Go straight on into Tangenziale (by-pass road) of Bari, following road sign to Taranto.
- Take exit 13 b, which merges into the SS 100 Bari-Taranto, towards Taranto.
- Go straight on along the SS 100 for 25 km.
- Take the first exit for Sammichele.
- Go straight on until the entrance of the town where you find a level-crossing; just past it, turn left into Via della Resistenza.
- Then, as above.
From Aeroporto di Bari - Palese:
- Follow road signs to Brindisi/Taranto (Bari?s Tangenziale).
- Take exit 13 b, which merges into the SS 100 Bari-Taranto, towards Taranto.
- Then, as above. |
