Il Casale B&B is a two storied building dating 1600 with various depandances. It is surrounded by a park of two hectares, the view is across the plain in the south, facing the sea in front of you.
All rooms are in the depandances and all have bathtub or shower. The large internal car park may also be used for coaches.
L'Elce Bed and Breakfast is a villa on two floors surrounded by a 7,000 sq. m. privat park accomplished 50 years ago, now being improved by its new proprieters, with great chestnut, holly, hazelnut and olive trees with pines a giant cibron and the rare camphore tree. The country-house is situated in the hills surrounded by other villas, with the ancient church of the Madonna del Rosario, built in 1734. It faces south with an open view towards the sea. |

| By CAR: travel along Via Appia Nuova to 35,500 km (between the towns Genzano di Roma and Velletri) then follow the road signs indicating Via Acqua Lucia and Chiesa Madonna del Rosario. After 200 metres you will see the church on the right. Opposite the church is "L'Elce" (Via Acqua Lucia n.74). Continue for 50 meters on the right to find "Il Casale" at n. 27. From the motorway the nearest toll-booth is Valmontone(A2 Rome-Naples). Follow the signs Artena->Lariano->Velletri->Rome-> for 30 minutes and you will arrive at Via Appia 35,500 km. Visitors arriving from Rome may decide to take the Panoramic Route which follows "La Via Dei Laghi" (the Lake Road) at the beginning of Via Appia Nuova (after Ciampino Airport).
By BUS: Bus stop CO.TRA.L. 300 metres from L'Elce and Il Casale. The bus takes visitors to Velletri and Rome.
By TRAIN: Velletri railway station ( 5 kms away), San Gennaro Station (3 kms away) with frequent trains to Termini Station (Rome city centre). The cost of a day ticket B.I.R.G. is ? 6,00 without any limit of distance in Zone B of Latium and which can be used on trains and buses in the city centre. Visitors are assured whit a shuttle service from the B&B to Velletri and S.Gennaro stations.
