Already around the year 1000 there is mention of Lexhy, then a Roman villa. During those thousand years Lexhy has been owned by twelve different families. The current house was built in 1852 by baron Blanckart-Surlet, replacing the old castle. A real make do situation in those days: "merely" 7200m² living space for a family of 11 with over 70 staff members! |

| From Antwerp: take the E 313 up to just before Liege (50 minutes) - then take the E 42 in the direction of Namen (Namur). Take exit 4: Horion-Hoz?nt and follow the signs up to the castle.
From Brussels: take the E 40 in the direction of Liege (40 minutes) - Take exit 30: St. Georges sur Meuse. Before you pass a water tower on your left, enter a country road on your left and follow this up to the roundabout: you are now at the entrance of the castle.
From Namen: take the E 42 in the direction of Liege (20 minutes). Take exit 4: Horion-Hoz?nt and follow the signs up to the castle.
From Maastricht: drive in the direction of Liege (25 minutes). Just before Liege, take the E 42 in the direction of Namen (Namur). Take exit 4: Horion- Hoz?nt and follow the signs up to the castle.
From Aken: take the E 40 in the direction of Brussels (45 minutes). At Liege, take thee E 42 in the direction of Namen. Take exit 4: Horion-Hoz?nt and follow the signs up to the castle. |

Onze thema suites, op de "etage principale" in het kasteel zelf, zijn allen 45-50 m2 groot en meer dan 4 meter hoog ! Er staan 2 tweepersoons bedden. Er is een badkamer met bad & douche. De suites zijn antiek gedecoreerd in leuke themas zoals: sport, jacht, vissen, ontdekkingsreiziger, romantiek. Er is soms een open haard en altijd een zitje/ eettafel. In onze salon kunt u d.v.d.'s kijken of c.d.'s luisteren, over het kasteel iets lezen, een spelletje spelen of zelf een drankje pakken.
Op de etage "rez de chauss? zijn de kamers meer "design" ingericht, deze kamers hebben schitterende tooggewelfen, zeer ruime badkamers, twinbedden en altijd een extra kamertje met een stapelbed.

Dit 150 m2 grote appartement heeft een eigen terrasje, schitterende tooggewelfen en is gedecoreerd met een bijzondere collectie foto's uit 1894 over het leven op het kasteel. In de voormalige kasteelwasserij is een grote woonkeuken, waarin een kookeiland, met een gezellige grote eettafel en apart gasten toilet. In de salon zijn 4 grote sofa's, welke ook als slaapbank kunnen worden uitgeklapt. De slaapkamer heeft een 2 persoonsbed en in een aparte hoek nog een 1 persoon bed. Er is een aparte, enorme badkamer met een groot bad en douche. Het appartement is zeer geschikt voor familie uitjes, (niet luidruchtige) kleine familiefeestjes of kleine seminairs.

Dit appartement is ca. 250m2 groot en heeft schitterende tooggewelven ! Het appartement is gedecoreerd met een bijzondere collectie foto's van het leven op het kasteel uit 1894. Er is een enorme woonkeuken met een 20 persoons eettafel welke ook gebruikt wordt voor conferenties. In de salon kunnen tot 20 personen heerlijk wegzinken in de sofa's, ideaal voor "brainstorm sessies" of familie bijeenkomsten ! Er zijn 2 grote, 3 kleine slaapkamertjes en diverse slaaphoeken, met twin bedden, stapelbedden of bankbedden. Er zijn 2 enorme badkamers met groot bad en douche.
Onze aktiviteitenmanager en Ch?autraitteur hebben reeds verschillende seminair of familiefeest arrangementen voor U klaar !
Dit appartement is uitermate geschikt voor niet luidruchtige familiefeestjes en seminairs evt. in combinatie met onze congres hal op de "?ge principale".
